Lighthouse Facility Management, a limited liability corporation (LLC), is fully licensed and insured to provide janitorial / commercial cleaning services across East Tennessee.

3. Transparent Partnership: Your customized quote and/or contract (client dependent) clearly itemizes every service and cost up front. We provide a detailed scope of work developed during our initial assessment, so you only pay for the exceptional results you expect, with zero hidden fees.

Assessment & Quote
Our team conducts a complimentary, comprehensive, on-site cleaning needs assessment, and will create a fully customized cleaning plan to meet your exact expectations.
After the assessment, we provide a specially tailored, detailed quote and/or contract for cleanings service specifically tailored for your facility, based on your specifications. We don't believe in "cookie cutter" cleaning plans, and we certainly aren't going to charge you for services you don't/won't need.
Schedule
We show up on time, every time, based on the scheduled arrangement for your specific facility. We offer one-time, daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to fit your needs.
Cleaning
We thoroughly clean your facility. No cutting corners. No shortcuts. No excuses. Before leaving, a facility quality control (QC) inspection takes place ensuring nothing was missed.
Follow Up
At the conclusion of our services, we will send you a notification letting you know when we are complete. Our team is always readily available to answer any questions, concerns, or complains.
